I stayed at this hotel primarily because of its location, which is perfect for downtown Oklahoma City. The rooms were spacious and suitable for my family, but they had some issues with lacking basic amenities like cold running water in the bathroom sink and no fridge. The staff was generally friendly, but there were some gaps in their communication regarding services like parking. Overall, it's a practical choice if you're looking to be in the heart of the action, but I expected a bit more for the price.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being so close to Bricktown, and valet parking made things super easy. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, especially the carpets, and it was quite warm when we arrived. On a positive note, the service was friendly and helpful, but I'd love to see some updates to the rooms.
